About
My work moves across visual art, music, and storytelling, always circling the same territory: inner life, identity, and what lies beneath the surface.
Drawing has been a quiet constant throughout my practice. During a period of deep personal reflection, I returned to working by hand, to the slowness and resistance of linocut carving and printing. What began as an intuitive release gradually found its own logic: layered, mask-like images that now form the core of my visual work.
Masks recur throughout what I make, not as disguises but as surfaces through which something deeper can speak. They hold mood, memory, and inner states, shaped equally by structure and intuition.
Alongside this, I develop Lumina: a poetic story world for children and grown-ups, where image and text become an invitation to explore emotion, imagination, and inner presence.
I am based in the Netherlands.
