Ramses J. Dunker is a visual artist, pianist, and performer based in the Netherlands. He studied Piano at Codarts (Rotterdam Conservatory), specializing in South American music. Over the years, he has taken on many creative roles: musician, musical director, actor, teacher, workshop facilitator, and retreat musician.

While music has remained a steady thread, his visual work has taken on a life of its own. Drawing has always been part of his creative expression, but during a time of deep personal reflection he turned to linocut carving, a quiet tactile practice that became
the root of a larger body of work. These prints later evolved into layered, mask-like portraits, forming the foundation for his ongoing exhibition project: PERSONA.

Ramses currently performs as a pianist in the orchestra of the Dutch musical Soldaat van Oranje and occasionally contributes music to plant medicine retreats.

He is now developing LUMINA- a multidisciplinary platform that brings together visual art, storytelling, and sound to explore inner life, transformation, and creative presence.
